Welcome to the August 2023 edition of monthly news! We were off to a slow start, but it was welcomed. Freda's Voice 14th Blogoversary was August 2. I did not celebrate, but want to acknowledge it here. Thanks to those who have stuck by me all of these years. Went to the Festival of Friends. We ate some pizza and I bought a Native beaded necklace. Then we left. It was kind of boring.... I took my Aunty to get her corn tattoo for my Uncle... remember I got one last month... Anyway, while there I got #29 An astrology tattoo! I'm Sagittarian. What's your sign??   Went to a CFL game and saw my boy's lose.... LOL... PIC Still a good time, even though there was a long rain delay. I worked so much that a few days I didn't get a chance to read at all. Those days were too busy to do anything.
