Read my 56:
Q: Do you watch film adaptations of books before reading them?
A: I try to watch the film adaption after reading the book. The books are usually better, but also if I see the film first, I often do not read the book.

Sounds good!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read Luanne Rice in a long time. This looks good. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThat book sounds interesting. I like the cover and title.
ReplyDeleteI would prefer to read the book first, but sometimes I don't even know that it is based on a book 😂
Have a great weekend!

When I read a book first, I usually notice the details from the book not included in the movie. That may or may not really bug me. If I see the movie first, I often carry details of the movie with me to my reading experience, like what the characters look like.
ReplyDeleteMy book this week is A Swim in the Pond in the Rain
I always like to read the book first too. Hope you have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteI always read the book first.
