REVIEW:
I loved the first 3/4 of this book, but then it was rushed and over before I knew it.
The disappoint then set in.
The extended beginning was so well written, and gave us such a wonderful glimpse into each character. I had no idea who to even start to wonder about a whodunit but I was invested. The plot was thickening.
Then it was, here ya go and goodbye. I feel like a big chunk of the last half of the story is missing in comparison to that wonderful start.
But I still liked the outcome. It was all I wanted.
I loved the one weird but cool element that the author added to the story besides the obvious being in a book thing. It was a nice surprise for us as a reader and the character too it seemed.
So yeah, I would read the next book, but I am hoping for more.
