REVIEW:
I'm a big Stephen King fan.
I'm a fan of the original Firestarter too.
Seeing this movie, I went into it with as little of expectations as I could, but to be fair, Blumhouse is my favorite horror director.
I thought as a whole it was a great movie. The beginning was a little slow, but once it took off that was it. The ending was pretty intense and was probably the best part!
I love Charlie!! She's smart, powerful and protective of the ones she loves!
It was a great addition to the original as it takes you from the past into today. So that might be weird, since the original was in 1984, but you forget about that fast and fall into the storyline.
This will be one of those movies that some love and others will not.
