Q: Is there a hard-to-find first-edition that you would love to own? If so, why?
A: I honestly cannot think of a single one. Maybe it's because I'm on the spot. Maybe it's because those things never really occurred or mattered to me. I read a book once. I don't reread them or need to keep them anymore. If I plan to read as many books as I can before I die, I do not have a place to keep the good ones or their first editions.

I read this book years ago. I enjoyed it back then but I never finished the series. Maybe someday I will get back to it. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good book. And a striking cover!
ReplyDeleteI'm a bit of a book hoarder so have tried to curb buying them and also trying to get more kindle ones. It isn't going well! I went old school for my first edition choice wanting a Jane Austen or those ones that are hand written/illustrated by monks!
Have a great weekend!

This is so going on my TBR. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteI've read the first 3-4 in this series and would go back to it in a heartbeat if my reading piles weren't so overflowing.
ReplyDeleteGreat start to a series I still enjoy some 50+ books later! Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like quite the intriguing book.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if she could literally or figuratively kill for that cup of coffee, but I imagine it's something we've all felt a time or two, LOL. Have a great weekend! https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2022/07/first-line-friday-56-claim-of-her-own.html
