Fascinating excerpts!
ReplyDeleteSo cool that Susan is a local author. I like the themes. They add more depth than the usual teen coming of age.
ReplyDeleteI love book signings. Congratulations on meeting Kate White!
Thank you! It was definitely a fangirl moment for me!!
DeleteThis sounds like a good one. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteBoth of those bits shared for the 56 intrigue me. Sounds like something is going on in that relationship, and I don't think it's good.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're enjoying this one. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThat is cool that the author is from your hometown! I am glad you enjoyed Double Negative. I would want to keep reading based on the excerpts. I can just picture that opening scene.
ReplyDeleteThat is so cool that you got to meet Cathy Marie Buchanan and Kate White! I hope you have a great weekend!
They really were the sweetest ladies!!
DeleteWow--so cool to read an author from your hometown!
ReplyDeleteIt sure is!! This is the second author I have had the pleasure of reading that is from Hamilton. It is not always easy to read from your hometown when not a lot of authors come from it.
DeleteI had to smile recalling earlier days when we wold go to bookish events and hug authors. Sigh.
