Here is my 56...

Book Beginnings leave your links in the comments if you didn't join in the Friday 56.

Q:  How many different weekly memes do you participate in besides the Book Blogger Hop?
A: Firstly, I host my own meme.... as you already know. The Friday 56. I also added Book Beginnings, since the host added my meme to her meme. Seemed fair. Since so many of you join in BBH, I decided to incorporate that as well. I do not participate in any other memes, but join in a monthly book bingo each month.

  3. I participate in this meme (and Book Beginnings), Sunday Salon (which is sort of personal, not organized around a question) and Top Ten Tuesday (but I've done this one for so many years, I often go off-the-board and create my own lists.)

  6. Thank you for sharing bit of The Hunger Angels with us! I love that opening--and that Sherlock show the narrator references. :-) From that the second Friday 56 excerpt you shared, the reader gets a real feel of the stormy weather. I will have to look for this story and give it a try.

I hope you have a great weekend, Freda! Thank you for hosting!

  7. I wish I could participate in memes more often because I love the sense of community. In addition to yours and Book Beginnings, I also hang out with two for children's books on occasion, Nonfiction Monday and STEM Friday.

  8. Interesting quotes from this read--I'm going to check it out.

I participate in daily memes, although some don't have hosts and are kind of diy.
