I have books in boxes. I use books as decorations around the house---little piles of themed books or as an interest piece. Then of course there are the messy piles here and there.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to The Coffee Addicted Writer!
ReplyDeleteGreat 56! Hope you have a great weekend!
It looks interesting, and I like the extracts you've quoted.
ReplyDeleteA bookshelf honestly is the best place for a book, I just can't seem to keep them there xD While I'm not the biggest auto-biography reader, this one does sound intriguing and very accessible. I like the confidential and easy tone of the excerpts! Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a lovely weekend! Juli @ A Universe in Words
ReplyDeleteThat opening is really gripping! Makes me immediately wonder what the bombshell is! Hope you enjoy your reading!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of Scar Tissue before but it sounds really interesting. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThe excerpts pique my curiosity. Enjoy the read!
ReplyDeleteLooks fascinating! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOooh--I love a memoir. I wonder if he reads the audio?
ReplyDeleteCongrats--The Coffee Addicted Writer!
Running late to the party today, I'm afraid. I just saw Scar Tissue on a recommended list yesterday. It is easy to remember with that distinctive cover.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit occasionally re-purposing books for decorative purposes (I have a holder that was meant to display plates that I use for books with attractive covers).
Sounds like an intense memoir! Thanks for adding my link. Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteI read Scar Tissue years ago, he’s lead quite the life!
