Welcome to the March edition of the monthly news!
We finally came out of lockdown and moved into the red zone. That means we can do little things for fun, such as visiting the local park and tropical greenhouse. I went to see the Corpse Flower that had bloomed, but when I got there it had wilted already. BOO!
Still a very interesting sight to behold, without the rotten smell.
The Friday 56 turned 10!!! We had a celebration for the participants. Sorry, if you missed out! Hopefully I'll still be running it 10 more years from now! Congrats to Billy for winning the giveaway!
If you haven't taken part, it's a weekly book meme where you share a snippet from Page 56 or 56% on your ebook. We have a linky every week for visiting others. I do hope to see you join in on Friday!
We're back under lockdown. Fun!
We've come out and back in all in this month. Geez already!
My son turned 26 yesterday, although it was pretty uneventful thanks to COVID and the lockdown. My hubby's birthday is in 2 weeks and it will be the same. Uneventful.
Have you had to celebrate any events?

News of the World looks really good. I've been debating whether or not to read the book first or just watch the movie! I know if I watch I may not want to read the book or I'll put it off. Maybe I'll decide this summer...
ReplyDeleteDear Martin has been on my TBR as well. Glad it's a good one!
