Welcome to week 517!
Our memeversary is coming up in 3 weeks! It's been almost 10 years since I took over this meme! I will have to set up something special for you all!
RULES:
*Grab a book, any book.
*Turn to Page 56 or 56% on your ereader.
If you have to improvise, that is okay.
*Find a snippet, short and sweet.
*Post it, and add the url to your post in the Linky below. If you don't link up, we may not know to visit.
Also join in the fun on Instagram using the hashtags #Instagram56 #Friday56
Happy weekend to you all!
Check out this read on Amazon.
Book Beginnings leave your links in the comments if you didn't join in the Friday 56.

I want to reread these books!
ReplyDeleteA love triangle?
ReplyDeleteThe book looks so good and I really like the classic cover. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI never have read these books. My daughter and I started the first book, but it got set aside for some reason and we never got back to it. Someday perhaps...
ReplyDeleteI use Goodreads to track the books I have read, but use LibraryThing to track the books I own, both read and unread.
I hope you have a great weekend!
Such a classic! Enjoy and have a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of Goodreads too! In fact now that I know you use it I will search for you to friend!
ReplyDeleteI finally got the Book Beginnings on Fridays post up! Cheers!
ReplyDeleteI love the cover! I really must read the Anne of Green Gables books - I've been meaning to for years.
ReplyDeleteThe Secret of Seaside Agatha Ball "What can I do you for today?"
ReplyDeleteHi Freda - I don't know what happened yesterday to my Friday post - eventually I found it in the trash! Thanks for letting me know it had disappeared from my blog!!!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know there were other resources out there besides Goodreads! It's the only site I've heard of!
ReplyDeleteGreat quotes. I never got around to read these books, although they have been translated into Swedish. Maybe I should try now?
