Welcome to the March edition of the monthly news!
What a month!
Should we talk about Corona?!
Honestly, I'm tired of talkin about it, but I just want every one to practice safety measures to ensure you do not get it or pass it on.
WASH, WASH, WASH!!!
It's rising in my city pretty rapidly. It's scary too cause I work in a grocery store. Being a diabetic, I am concerned, but what can we do?!
How has COVID-19 affected you?
Please stay home, stay healthy and stay safe!

I have Bone Witch on my list. Not as good as you hoped? I'm thinking of reading the series this next month. I need a fun movie so Dolittle looks like a safe bet!
ReplyDeleteI hope you stay safe and healthy as well! Hugs. We are able to stay home and quarantine so we're trying to do our part. Thank you for all you are doing to keep food on the shelves. I hope you are treated with love and respect.
Regarding Bone Witch; whenever I listen to an audiobook it takes away from the story for me. I tend to fall in and out of listening at times. This one kept my attention for the most part, but I still would get a better feel for the story if I read it with my eyes.

Two of your reads this month (Darkest Star & Curse So Dark and Lonely) are high on my TBR list! Glad to see you recommend them. :)
ReplyDeleteHere in the UK, we're in lockdown. We're allowed out to go to the grocery store, pharmacy etc "as little as possible, ideally no more than once a week" and to go for a solitary walk, run, cycle once daily and that's it unless you're a "key worker" in which case you can also travel to and from your place of work. It's insane but very necessary.
I hope you stay safe!
In Canada, we're supposed to be the same... practising social distancing if we go out. The problem is no one is doing it. As a grocery store cashier, I am constantly asking people to step back the two meters. I tell you, this has brought out the best in a few but the worst in most. Sadly, it will only get worse before it gets better, at least here in Ontario.

DeleteTimes are definitely stressful right now. I'm 66 and I've been worrying about leaving the house for groceries and supplies. I hope you stay safe!
