To do her duty as a loyal member of the Third Estate and one day win the Ascension that would take her far away from her parents and their crooked lifestyle.

 But when her father coerces her into taking part in his latest con, Chatine finds herself embroiled in a plot that will send her on a one-way path toward a future she never wanted and a destiny she’s been running from her entire life.

Jessica works full time as a writer and producer. She currently splits her time between Los Angeles and Colorado.

REVIEW:
Chatine.
What a girl.
I wanted to keep reading. I wanted to know where she went next and what happened along the way. I could literally read about her all day, following where she went and what she got up to.
She's clever, and you know she is a good girl. You see where she is gonna go with her decisions though. Will she get through it?
Yup, I want to read more for sure!!
A great intro into the first book in the series.
