- small tortillas
- shredded cooked chicken
- shredded cheese
Place one tortilla in a frying pan over med-low heat. Add in an even layer the shredded chicken then add a layer of shredded cheese. (You may also add other ingredients you may like such as corn, onions, peppers, etc.)
Top off with one tortilla.
After 2 or 3 minutes, you will flip the tortillas over very carefully so the insides do not come out.
Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
Serve with guacamole, salasa and even sour cream if you like.
