This sounds like a good story. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read anything by Lauren Oliver. Rooms looks like an interesting story.
ReplyDeleteI feel like the narrator is about to own someone and I'm almost sad we don't get to see it. Happy Friday and I hope you enjoy!
ReplyDeleteA great snippet from 56% - looks good to me!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good one. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteRooms looks like an interesting read. I like the artwork on the cover.
ReplyDeleteI believe I own East of Eden on paperback, but I've never read it.
I am currently reading EAST OF EDEN for the first time, as part of the Classics Club Spin Challenge. I am just plodding along. I read about three or four pages a day. At this pace I will be done by Christmas, I think. I am seeing the biblical allusions though and that is interesting. My BB and F56 quotes

ReplyDeleteI have not read East of Eden, nor have I read any of Steinbeck's works 😲 I should probably take the opportunity and do so soon.
