Its been a while since I've read anything by this author. I've read some of the books from this series, but I haven't gotten to the last ones yet.

ReplyDeleteI am stuck right now on a book I am not enjoying so I really should ditch it but people tell me to push on and I WILL eventually enjoy it. It is a dilemma. My Friday Quotes and Review
ReplyDeleteI feel the same as you regarding DNF for ARCs; the authors/publishers deserve my constructive comments even if the story "wasn't my cup of tea". By reading to the very end I am in a position to do that and help with their promotion to suitable target audience.

ReplyDeleteFreda, I see your point and I love it. There have been a few review copies (back when I wasn't taking the time to thoroughly curate what I accept for review) that I could not allow myself to suffer through because of serious grammatical errors and the need for developmental editing. Yet, for the most part, I read every page. But when I can't, I am completely honest as to why.
