We had a loss in our extended family. My sisters' sister-in-law passed March 16th at 56, due to terminal stomach cancer. She is reconnected in heaven with her dad and husband. R.I.P. Gail. đź’™
Celebrated my son and my dad's birthdays yesterday. My son turned 23 and my dad is in heaven so it was kinda bittersweet.

    I need to start the Throne of Glass series!

    I actually read Forbidden in 2011, and I really enjoyed it! You've reminded me that I need to get back to that series. It's been so long now that I might need to re-read Forbidden. I haven't read The Keeper and didn't know that existed, but I do recommend Forbidden if you enjoy Dekker's writing.

    My condolences on the loss of your sister's sister-in-law.

      Thank you also for the recommendation. I have read that one, and a couple of others. I usually love his stories, so I haven't given up on him. :-) It was my intro to Tosca Lee though, but I've still read rave reviews and will read again from them as well.
