We have provided you with 365 thoughts for the day, one for each day of the year. These tips will help set a positive tone for your day and invoke happy feelings in you. Each thought is accompanied by a quote, which sheds some light on the tip and pushes on the road of happiness and self-acceptance.

Mindfulness is said to be the deliberate, accepting and non-judgmental emphasis of your attention on the feelings, views and sensations that occur in the present moment, without thinking about the baggage the past leaves us with or the worries of an uncertain future.

You do not need long speeches of motivation to make you feel happy, a little positive though is enough to make you feel good about yourself. This is what mindfulness is about – taking control of your thoughts and getting rid of all the negativity inside you.

REVIEW:
I'm really enjoying this book. Every morning, after I take my moment with God reading my Bible, I read this book. It gives you a tip to do each day, then it gives you an accompanying quote. The tip is always something helpful to you the individual. Like one day it was to take deep breaths. Another day it was rubbing your palms then placing against your face to activate the nerves and pressure points. It's a calming technique that I really appreciated learning. The quotes are inspiring and true, like this one;

Take care of your body; it's the only place you have to live. - Jim Rohn.

So it's a great inspirational tool, as well as a great reminder to make the best out of each day. I am happy to do each morning, and it makes me feel good.
I managed to grab this copy for free on Amazon, what a score that was! Still I would pay for this one, and suggest you all check it out! Morning is what sets the pace for our day, so starting them off right can make for better days ahead.

REVIEW: It was weird starting off with a He-Man lookalike, Thunder the Barabarian), until I realized a character from the film was watching the cartoon in the airplane. Still, it was kind of cool to reminice about two cartoons from my childhood. So many great actors bring the film to life! What a fun story it was too! Although
