Dr. Suess Does Die Hard by The Single Screenwriter (4)

Kindle:  3419 KB Print:  41 pages Publication Date:  December 20, 2014 ASIN:  B00R9YG3WO AMAZON US    |    AMAZON CA    |    AMAZON UK A parody of Die Hard in the voice of Dr. Seuss .  WARNING: This is not a book for children. It is a PG-13 parody of Die Hard with adult language. There is literally no information on the author anywhere I can find. REVIEW: Hilarious! The movie was broke down into forty something rhyming pages, and it was good. Although I can't get any info on the writer, he did one helluva good job parodying one of the best action films of all time. The whole book took like 3 minutes to read though. He should've incorporated the second and third films as well. Still it was a fun read. Yippee-ki-yay! 3.5/5 **Compensation may be earned from the links within. This copy was obtained free for Kindle. Blueberry Refrigerator Jam

Blueberries are in season, and they went on sale at work, so I bought a couple pints. I got them home, washed them up and threw them into a bowl for the hubby and I to share as a snack. I was the only one eating them, so I decided to make a quick refrigerator jam that is easy to make and yummy to eat.  INGREDIENTS 2 pints of blueberries 1 lime 1 tbsp lime juice 1 cup sugar METHOD In a saucepan, add blueberries, sugar, lime juice and the zest of one lime. Cook over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, until the mixture cooks down and starts to thicken. Add the mixture to a small mason jar and let cool. Put in the fridge.  (You will notice it thicken even more after being refrigerated.)  Can store in the fridge for up to one month. Enjoy!  😊 **Recipe and photo is owned by Freda's Voice.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle

AVAILABLE NOW! Rated R 141 minutes AMAZON US    |   AMAZON CA    |    AMAZON UK After the Kingsman headquarters are blown up by a psychotic criminal named Poppy Adams, the surviving agents find their way to an allied secret organisation based in Kentucky, named Statesman. The two agencies must now work together in order to save the world and take down the so called 'Golden Circle'. Starring Colin Firth and Julianne Moore! My review for Kingsman: The Secret Service REVIEW: Just as wicked as the first film! Not too often does a film franchise get it right with both the first and second films, but this one did not disappoint! This film was action-packed, full of adventure, and full of mystery too! I loved the new characters too! The graphics in this film are out-of-this-world! Right from the beginning, you have scenes that fill you will awe! Ok, so it's not a family night movie, but it is one the hubby will sit down and watch with you. B

The Toolbox Murders (1978)

Rated R 93 minutes AMAZON US    |    AMAZON CA    |    AMAZON UK A lunatic runs around an apartment complex, apparently home only to attractive flight attendants with a tendency towards exhibitionism. While there, the lunatic tries to kill all the tenants with the contents of a toolbox. Based on a true story.  It was remade in 2004 as well. You can watch the full film for free on Youtube. REVIEW: A friend and I have recently decided to start watching the movies we deem as horrible horror. We love horror movies and thought it would be fun to see which ones we just couldn't deal with. We gave each other our lists and have been watching them. I decided to start sharing them here, although I watched two that I won't be sharing. One was Frogs, terrible, terrible movie. The second was The Invisible Melting Man or something like that... which wasn't so bad, but still cheesy as hell. So now onto this one... Literally the worst acting I have

These tips will help set a positive tone for your day and invoke happy feelings in you. Each thought is accompanied by a quote, which sheds some light on the tip and pushes on the road of happiness and self-acceptance. Mindfulness is said to be the deliberate, accepting and non-judgmental emphasis of your attention on the feelings, views and sensations that occur in the present moment, without thinking about the baggage the past leaves us with or the worries of an uncertain future. You do not need long speeches of motivation to make you feel happy, a little positive though is enough to make you feel good about yourself. This is what mindfulness is about – taking control of your thoughts and getting rid of al
