He makes things up and writes them down. Which takes us from comics, (like SANDMAN) to novels, (like ANANSI BOYS and AMERICAN GODS) to short stories, (some are collected in SMOKE AND MIRRORS) and to occasionally movies, (like Dave McKean's MIRRORMASK or the NEVERWHERE TV series, or his own short film, A SHORT FILM ABOUT JOHN BOLTON). In his spare time he reads, sleep, eats and tries to keep the blog at www.neilgaiman.com more or less up…

Heartless by Marissa Meyer (75)

Long before she was the terror of Wonderland—the infamous Queen of Hearts—she was just a girl who wanted to fall in love.

Long before she was the terror of Wonderland, she was just a girl who wanted to fall in love. Catherine may be one of the most desired girls in Wonderland, and a favorite of the unmarried King of Hearts, but her interests lie elsewhere. A talented baker, all she wants is to open a shop with her best friend. But according to her mother, such a goal is unthinkable for the young woman who could be the next queen. Then Cath meets Jest, the handsome and mysterious court joker. For the first time, she feels the pull of true attraction. At the risk of offending the king and infuriating her parents, she and Jest enter into an intense, secret courtship. Cath is determined to define her own destiny and fall in love on her terms. REVIEW:
Better than I expected it to be.
I thought it was going to be on the lame side, but decided to give it a try anyways. I'm so glad I did too. It had me and my husband in stitches and laughing throughout.
Mike & Dave are typical young guys. The maker of the movie, script writer, casting director, they all did their jobs well. These two played the perfect Mike & Dave. Young, kinda dumb and ready to sow their oats, these two were put on blast by their parents and ordered to get dates so they don't ruin their sister's wedding.
Did they succeed? Watch the film to find out.
Will you enjoy it? More than you think while reading this recommendati…

Delilah by Angela Hunt (74)

Life is not easy in Philistia, especially not for a woman and child alone. When beautiful, wounded Delilah finds herself begging for food to survive, she resolves that she will find a way to defeat all the men who have taken advantage of her. She will overcome the roadblocks life has set before her, and she will find riches and victory for herself.

When she meets a legendary man called Samson, she senses that in him lies the means for her victory. By winning, seducing, and betraying the hero of the Hebrews, she will attain a position of national prominence. After all, she is beautiful, she is charming, and she is smart. No man, not even a supernaturally gifted strongman, can best her in a war of wits.

Find Some Holiday Gifts At Groupon

**This is a sponsored post. All opinions are owned by Freda's Voice.

I have the hardest time deciding what to stuff in stockings or put under the tree. My son and my husband are kind of picky. One minute they are into something for gamers, the next it's sports related. So I head to Groupon and see what deals I can find.

Right away, I saw an athletic present for my son, and a nifty jewelry case for my husband. I could picture my son spending hours jumping on the mini trampoline. Although, he would probably use it to learn how to jump higher while playing basketball with his friends. My husband has much jewelry, with watches scattered throughout his dresser drawer. This storage case is not only elegantly designed, but it would eliminate the clutter that drives me wild. The price is ridiculously good too, enough, that it is hard to pass up.
Let's see what other Groupon Goods I can find...

Clothing is also always a great choice. Both of them love t-shirts, even in the winter. So a…
