Perimenopause and Menopause. What are they?
All women go through perimenopause before they go through menopause. Perimenopause is the time when your body starts changing. You may experience things you have not gone through before, like night sweats. You may find yourself more irritable than normal. These are normal, and part of life.
I am currently perimenopausal. It can suck at times, but for me it's at night. I get bad night sweats and wake up feeling like I swam in my sleep. It's not comfortable or pretty. There are things you can do to help though. For me also being a diabetic, eating something high in protein helps, but doesn't stop it entirely. A supplement is an added bonus to help conquer those sweats.
femMED Menopause Relief is specially formulated to help reduce hot flashes and mood swings, calm night sweats and sleep disturbances, and decrease your irritability. It's 100% hormone free, and after 30 days of taking the supplement daily, you will notice an improvement. Best results are after 90 days of taking the supplement daily.
I have been taking the supplement for about 3 weeks and notice an improvement with not only my moods, but the night sweats. The supplement tastes like dried flowers, which is not bad, and taken twice daily on an empty stomach. I believe it works, and will continue to use it.
Best part is being able to buy online directly from the website, buy it on Amazon, or even head to the local Shopper's Drug Mart and you can find it in the Vitamin section of the store. It is worth every penny!
There are a number of other natural remedies you can use to help combat menopause symptoms. Be sure to visit femMed's Menopause Relief website for information.

Hmmm. This sounds like maybe a little bit of relief may be in sight. Nighttime is the worst.
