We all know that an important part of maintaining good health and attitude is to take care of yourself. Eating right, exercise, and doing the things that recharge us. They keep us fit as a fiddle while keeping us as happy as a clam.

PC Nutrition First Food & Sweet Potato Snacks

Ewok eating PC Nutrition First from my hand.

Just as we need good and wholesome foods and snacks to eat, PC Nutrition First is an important part of having a healthy lifestyle for your pet. So is taking time to pamper yourself once in a while. Just as you should pamper your pet too. Those facials that relax you, or that massage that soothes your muscles, can also be beneficial to your pet.

Recently, my princess, Ewok, went and had a spa day. She was pampered beyond belief. She had a blueberry facial, a bath with luxurious oils, lotions and creams, a full ear cleaning, her nails were cut and filed, all her sensitive pooch parts were moisturized, and she got a haircut. When she came home, she was like a puppy again. Fully recharged, re-energized and ready to play. Just like I enjoy getting my nails done, having a facial, or getting a haircut, so does she! She not only smelled divine, but she was so soft I couldn't stop cuddling her. This is definitely something I will be doing more for her, as she seems happier afterward and it has a positive effect on her.

A special thank you to Presidents Choice for showing me how to not only feed my furbabies the nutrition they need, but to also pamper them sometimes and recharge their mental health.

Gabrielle Union stars as a woman who will stop at nothing to rescue her two children being held hostage in a house designed with impenetrable security. No trap, no trick and especially no man inside can match a mother with a mission when she is determined on Breaking In. Producers Will Packer (No Good Deed, Obsessed) and Union (Almost Christmas, Being Mary Jane) reunite for this original thriller directed by James McTeigue (V for Vendetta, Sense8).

REVIEW: So much better than I anticipated. One fierce, strong and smart mom comes to the rescue of her whole family. These guys who took her kids, don't stand a chance. She's not a MMA fighter or anything, but she is smart and resourceful. I was so in tune with the film, and as a mom, I was on the edge-of-my-set waiting for her to give them what they deserved. No one should take a womans' kids.  Men and women will both love this movie, so  maybe a date nigh…
