We all know that an important part of maintaining good health and attitude is to take care of yourself. Eating right, exercise, and doing the things that recharge us. They keep us fit as a fiddle while keeping us as happy as a clam.

Recently, my princess, Ewok, went and had a spa day. She was pampered beyond belief. She had a blueberry facial, a bath with luxurious oils, lotions and creams, a full ear cleaning, her nails were cut and filed, all her sensitive pooch parts were moisturized, and she got a haircut. When she came home, she was like a puppy again. Fully recharged, re-energized and ready to play. Just like I enjoy getting my nails done, having a facial, or getting a haircut, so does she! She not only smelled divine, but she was so soft I couldn't stop cuddling her. This is definitely something I will be doing more for her, as she seems happier afterward and it has a positive effect on her.
