The honeymoon is over, but the laughs continue in Season Six of “Modern Family,” winner of five consecutive Emmy® Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series. As freshly hitched Cam and Mitch acclimate to the realities of wedded bliss, Phil and Claire find their marriage stressed by annoying neighbors, Thanksgiving dinner gone awry and Claire’s online snooping. Meanwhile, a spy-camera drone wreaks havoc in Jay and Gloria’s backyard and a close call on the highway leads to amusing changes in various members of the Pritchett-Dunphy clan. It all adds up to the funniest season yet of this brilliant and acclaimed comedy.

no fav, but they're funny
ReplyDeleteOne favorite is when Phil tries to put real estate advertising on the side of the mini van and Claire gets interesting results!
ReplyDeleteModern Family is one of my favorite shows....
ReplyDeleteI love all the characters & all episodes.....
thank you for the giveaway..............
I like Phil, he's very funny. The wedding episodes were very good.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favourites was when Cam was singing "Ave Maria" at a wedding whilst Mitch was at home fighting off a pigeon that had flown in. He was smashing everything in the living room with a tennis racket, logs, fire extinguisher to get rid of the bird- it was done in slow motion and so funny!
ReplyDeleteIt's so hard to pick one character but Phil & Claire are my favorite couple. Can't really pick just one episode as my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen an episode. If I win, do I have to buy seasons 1-5? I've heard it's great though and since we don't have cable or netflix, I'd love it on DVD.
ReplyDeleteBesos, Sarah
Journeys of The Zoo
I think you'd get a kick out of it no matter which season it is.
DeleteMy favorite character is Phil. I like the episode when he sneaks food into the basketball game.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Phil, he's a hoot. And I'd have to say my favorite episode anyone where Claire and Phil have their role-playing dates. Love them!
ReplyDeletePhil is my favourite character, although I do think that all the cast members are funny! It's just that Phil makes me laugh out loud at least once per episode, and he's also an all-around good guy that I can't help but like. I don't have a favourite episode, although I would say that I do find the earlier seasons to be the funniest.
