Welcome to another month, and another giveaway where you win cash. It's not much, but it will be more than you had. 
RULES:

  2. You MUST be able to accept international funds. (Some of you who enter live on the other side of the world. If you do not have your account set up to receive INTL funds, you cannot receive the prize.)
