#60: The Big Bad Book Of Bill Murray by Robert Schnakenberg

He’s the sort of actor who can do Hamlet and Charlie’s Angels in the same year. He shuns managers and agents and once agreed to voice the part of Garfield because he mistakenly believed it was a Coen brothers film. Bill Murray’s extraordinary career is rich with fascinating anecdotes, contradictions, and mystery, from his early success on Saturday Night Live and the biggest blockbusters of the 1980s (Caddyshack, Stripes, Tootsie, Ghostbusters) to his reinvention as a hipster icon in the early 21st century (in films like Lost in Translation and Moonrise Kingdom). And now you can get your fill of Bill: part biography, part critical appreciation, part love letter, and all fun, The Big Bad Book of Bill Murray chronicles every single Murray performance in loving detail, relating all the milestones, yarns, and controversy in the life of this beloved but enigmatic performer. These pages are packed with color film stills and behind-the-scenes photography.

#59: Prayers That Changed History by Tricia Goyer

One prayer can change everything, says bestselling author Tricia Goyer inPrayers That Changed History. Martin Luther. Sojourner Truth. Helen Keller. St. Patrick. We read their stories, and of other people like them, in history books and hear about the amazing things they did to change the world. But one part of the story is often left out: Each one of them wouldn’t have accomplished what they did without prayer. InPrayers That Changed History, the stories of twenty-five notable people are presented along with how prayer changed their lives and changed history. Following each historical example is a biblical story that ties to that person’s life and actions, as well as ways you can use the power of prayer in your life as well. Because God isn’t done changing the world yet, and he would love to use you to make history. Includes images of each historical figure.

The Great Food Truck Race Returns

**Compensation is received for posting. Opinions are owned by this site.
Food Network TV is one of the only channels I watch. I love to be inspired and get ideas for meal times at home. I am no where near as good as the competitors on these various cooking shows, but I learn from them. I make the best seasoned mashed potatoes, thanks to watching shows on Food Network TV. One of the shows I love is The Great Food Truck Race.

Back for a sixth season, this August, The Great Food Truck Race is on with a brand-new fleet of fierce competitors. These food trucks that are competing, are cooking and traveling their way across America's most famous road, historical Route 66. I don't know about you but I love the show, and the fact it will be trekking down that famous stretch of road appeals to me too! Route 66 is on my bucket list!

The Great Food Truck Race is on!
Going back to the show's roots, the seven competitors are professional food truck operators and cooks. They are known region…

Intro Teaser Tuesdays

Since Atlanta, she had looked out the dining-car window with a delight almost physical. Over her breakfast coffee, she watched the last of Georgia's hills recede and the red pepper earth appear, and with it tin-roofed houses set in the middle of swept yards, and in the yards the inevitable verbena grew, surrounded by whitewashed tires. She grinned when she saw her first TV antenna atop an unpainted Negro house; as they multiplied, her joy rose.

I know what he means. Honor's the kind of person who speaks to seniors like they're hard of understanding. As if they already had one foot on the other side.

I have no Instagram 56 this week. I did not have the patience to mess with this Instagram app at 2am.

#Win The Maverick's Accidental Bride by Christine Rimmer (US)

Married by Mistake?

Rust Creek Ramblings

Welcome back, faithful readers! The Rust Creek Rambler has an exclusive for you: Jordyn Leigh Cates has gotten married! That's right, our innocent Jordyn, who came to town a few years back with the Rust Creek Falls "Gal Rush," tied the knot on July Fourth in what appeared to be a very impulsive ceremony.

No one could blame the blushing bridesmaid for saying "I do" to Will Clifton. The sexy, blue-eyed rancher is six feet of pure muscle and charm. But are these two merely love-struck friends who got swept away at someone else's wedding? Our sources suggest otherwise. Stay tuned to find out the true story behind these surprise spouses—and see if they can make it past their honeymoon!
