I was lying face up on the cork floor, legs straight out, feet to the sides, palms face up, eyes closed, not moving. Everything hurt. And this was the easiest part.

  7. I think that's called the corpse pose! Yoga looks so easy, but I found it to be difficult. Not for me. But this sounds like a book I'd enjoy, especially since no actual yoga is required.
