Jergens

On Saturday night, I once again attended a wonderful event thanks to Jergens Canada!

Stars On Ice
Investors Group Stars on Ice presented by Lindt is proud to welcome Canada’s top Olympic medal contenders straight from the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, to its nationwide tour this spring. Three-time and reigning World Champion Patrick Chan, a favorite to become the first Canadian man to win the men's Olympic Gold, and defending Olympic Dance Champions Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir will highlight a spectacular cast, including four-time World Champion & four-time Canadian Champion Kurt Browning; 2010 Olympic Bronze Medalist Joannie Rochette; and more of Canada’s finest Olympic talent in the World’s premier figure skating tour – Stars on Ice!
This is a photo from last year's tour. There are new skaters on the tour this year. Still the show was everything I had hoped it would be and more.

For me it was seeing my favorites again that was the highlight. Joannie Rochette, Kurt Browning, Tessa & Scott and Patrick Chan are who I get excited to see. However, after last year, I was also excited to see Shawn Sawyer. He is unique, quirky and cool!
Shawn Sawyer
His routines are always fun to watch and very unique. In this one, he was a rafter and did a few back flips and such. In the other routine he was a cheetah or leopard. Prowling around the ice. It was awesome to watch!
Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir
The chemistry between Tessa & Scott really shows on the ice. The look so beautiful together, and the routines are romantic. I could watch them all night long.
Kurt Browning
Now Kurt Browning is my all-time favorite figure skater, so you know his routines were the highlight of my night. He is so funny and interacts with the audience like no one else. He is a delight to watch skating or talking.

Here is a not-so-great video of pairs skaters, Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford.

It really is an experience that everyone should have once in their life. There is something magical about watching our Canadian Olympians do what they do best. I suggest you catch a show when you can.
