- 1 package of Beef Strips (stir-fry kind), cut in smaller pieces
- 1 large Carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 Celery stalks, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 Baby Bok Choy, cut up
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 containers of Beef Broth (I use the box kind)
- 1 & 1/2 c egg noodles
Add all ingredients to your slowcooker/crock pot and cook on high 4 hours. Add egg noodles and cook for 1/2 hour more.
Sprinkle with fresh Parmigiano Cheese and serve with a Baguette.
