I made Pan-Fried Chicken and Rosemary Roast Potatoes.
The cookbook is split into seasons, and this recipe was the first in the Winter section that I had all the ingredients on hand.
Have to say, best fried chicken I have ever had! Even the hubby and son agreed! The potatoes, however, were not such a hit. Seems I am the only one who likes rosemary. The men, not-so-much. The next time I make it, I will make my own roasted potatoes as they like them better. The chicken recipe is going to get used and worn out in my house though.
Can't wait to try some more too!
I also love how the characters and stories from the Fool's Gold series are incorporated into the book. Fans of the series will really find it heartwarming.
