#64: How My Summer Went Up In Flames - Jennifer Salvato Doktorski

Rosie’s always been impulsive. She didn’t intend to set her cheating ex-boyfriend’s car on fire. And she never thought her attempts to make amends could be considered stalking. So when she’s served with a temporary restraining order on the first day of summer vacation, she’s heartbroken—and furious.
To put distance between Rosie and her ex, Rosie’s parents send her on a cross-country road trip with responsible, reliable neighbor Matty and his two friends. Forget freedom of the road, Rosie wants to hitchhike home and win back her ex. But her determination starts to dwindle with each passing mile. Because Rosie’s spark of anger? It may have just ignited a romance with someone new.

Review:
Thanks to PulseIt for adding the free reads every week!
This was a great story. Girl gets heart broken, does stupid things, and life goes on. The journey along the way is what makes the story so great.
Oh how I like Spencer, Logan and Matty. Each in their own way. Spencer really held the limelight for me though, every time he was on the page. I wish there would have been more surrounding him in the story.
Rosie is neurotic, impulsive and good-hearted. I wasn't so sure she was my cup of tea or not, but in the end, she won me over.
Contemporary romance fans will love this one.

The brain is one of the most complex biological structures that scientists and doctors have ever encountered. It is like a machine that runs non-stop that has the computing power to be able to make very complex decisions and experience unexplainable phenomena like emotions. Many experts agree that one of the best ways to maintain the health of the brain is to keep it active, just as you would with your muscles to keep them strong. There are also a number of nutrients that are very important to maintaining a healthy brain and preventing its decline.
