#38: Night Sky - Jolene Perry

(If graphic doesn't load, refresh page) After losing Sarah, the friend he’s loved, to some other guy, Jameson meets Sky. Her Native American roots, fluid movements, and need for brutal honesty become addictive fast. This is good. Jameson needs distraction – his dad leaves for another woman, his mom’s walking around like a zombie, and Sarah’s new boyfriend can’t keep his hands off of her. As he spends time with Sky and learns about her village, her totems, and her friends with drums - she's way more than distraction. Jameson's falling for her fast. But Sky’s need for honesty somehow doesn’t extend to her life story – and Jameson just may need more than his new girl to keep him distracted from the disaster of his senior year. Kindle Edition: 337 KB Publisher: Tribute Books (February 21, 2012) ASIN: B007C5TMLE Author Bio: Jolene grew up in Wasilla, Alaska. #37: Sarai - Jill Eileen Smith

(If graphic doesn't load, refresh page)  Sarai, the last child of her aged father, is beautiful, spoiled, and used to getting her own way. Even as a young girl, she is aware of the way men look at her, including her half brother Abram. When Abram finally requests Sarai's hand, she asks one thing--that he promise never to take another wife as long as she lives. Even her father thinks the demand is restrictive and agrees to the union only if Sarai makes a promise in return--to give Abram a son and heir. Certain she can easily do that, Sarai agrees. But as the years stretch on and Sarai's womb remains empty, she becomes desperate to fulfill her end of the bargain--lest Abram decide that he will not fulfill his. To what lengths will Sarai go in her quest to bear a son? And how long will Abram's patience last? Jill Eileen Smith thrilled readers with The Wives of King David series. Now she brings to life the strong and celebrated wives of the patriarchs, be

Get to Know Author Jacqueline Gardner

Top of the day to you readers! I hope you are all fairing well. Today we have author, Jacqueline Gardner visiting to talk about her book, Thoughtless , and answer a few more burning questions I have. If I left anything out that you'd like to know, just leave her a comment below. So Jacqueline, please tell us about, Thoughtless .   THOUGHTLESS is a YA supernatural thriller about a mind-reader named Bridget.  During a high school football game, Bridget accidentally stumbles upon a dead body in the janitor’s closet.  There’s a killer out there.  And worse, the killer knows Bridget’s secret.  The one time she actually embraces her talent, it’s useless.  Bridget can’t figure out who’s blackmailing her, who killed Stacey, and why she can’t hear her boyfriend’s thoughts!    Who or what inspires your writing?   Since I was little (probably around eight years old) I’ve kept an idea journal next to my bed.  There have been many nights where I’ve woken up, turned on the ligh

Funny Irish T-Shirts

Funny Irish T-shirts is a website solely based on providing fun t-shirts for Irish themed customers. They have heritage t-shirts, funny sayings, and t-shirts that are aimed at St. Patrick's Day. My Opinion: I received a funny sayings t-shirt, that I can wear around St. Paddy's day. It says, " Stop Staring at my Leprechauns ". I find that hilarious! Yes, I have an odd sense of humor. The shirt fits perfectly, for women who wear a medium, this size small in men's fits exactly the same. The only criticism I have, is on a shirt with a saying like this, the logo needs to be down a little more. Thankfully I have smaller breasts, because if they were bigger, the leprechauns would be above my boobs. That would be hard for others to read and make the joke not work as well. So lower the graphic. Other than that, it feels nice against my skin, and washed good. No rips or tears after a washing, so it's decent quality in my opinion. 4/5 Recommend? For your
