    Hope all is well with you. Loved the lines you quoted.

    Not signed up but out of curiosity couldn't resist looking in the book I'm reading at the moment, The Hidden Power of Your Customers (that sounds exciting doesn't it).

    On Page 56:
    "No organization can avoid sending bills and invoices to customers; after all, they are a necessary part of doing business."

    Darn! So that why I keep getting that stuff in the mail.
