Synopsis & Book Info:
Author, Jessica V. says "You have heard these stories from your friends, and perhaps experienced some of your own. This minimally edited, non-fiction book is written in a diary form portraying both on and offline dating experiences of a young single professional female living and working in NYC. These childish men range from flakey, to naked pix texters and stalkers to straight guys with homosexual tendencies and then some. As you hop on this emotional roller coaster of a read, you'll be sure to laugh, nod and more! My goal is for you to learn from the countless mistakes I made and be wise enough not to fall into the numerous traps I was deceived into.

My Opinion:
Right away I gotta say to Jessica.... stop using online dating services. That might clear up your man drama. You should try meeting a guy the traditional way, so sparks can fly, then you might have better chances of not snagging a loser.
Sorry, I really had to get that out.
This book was filled with all of Jessica's mishaps with men an dating. While I found it to be fun in parts, to read, it wasn't stuff that I didn't know from general life experience any way. Just reading about it was a little monotonous too, since you heard it all before from friends... family... whomever is dating right now.
Just didn't thrill me. There was nothing that stood out. It was just general dating and what happens in and around it.

The title's funny, but it doesn't sound like one I want to waste my time on.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a "yawner" to me too!
