My Opinion:
I'm fascinated by the 2012 phenomenon, so when I saw this book I had to read it. I had no idea whether it would give better insight into the Mayan calendar, but I was hopeful.

I was finding I had to push myself pretty hard to even finish it. The writing is not what I like, at times you had no idea who was part of the conversation. It was pretty scattered in the way of keeping my interest. The worst thing for me, is I have no better understanding or even interest in the Mayan calendar now. This story which I believe is purely fictional just k…
