My Opinion:
Another top-of-the-line cookbook from DK Canada! This one I had a hard time deciding what to make, and then I settled on a comfort food of mine, Corn Chowder. And man, it didn't disappoint. The best part is, for all you busy people out there, it took less than an hour, and no hard-to-obtain ingredients.
Definitely a favorite for my kitchen, and one I am sure to recommend!
