The two young outsiders arrive abruptly, to confront the most powerful man in America -- a political strongman who has gained more might than any man in history, and is about to take America on a startling course. ... The young people explode onto the fabric of the modern world, immediately sending disturbing ripples along the accepted orders of society. They bring the will-to-beauty, truth, love, and other such 'cosmic sins.' ... The giant opposing political strongman -- soon destined to take the helm of the American establishment as President -- realizes that he must destroy them, before they can start a 'Love Craze' that would sweep across the national scene and alter the world forever.

My Opinion:
Weird.
That is my lasting impression.
There is something inside of me wishing I had read this book before The Girl Made Of Cool. I had such high hopes that this book would be as good or better, and for me, it was all over weird.
I can handle a fair bit of odd, but the back and forth between characters, each so different, wasn't easy to take. There is only such much repetitive sentences a girl can handle.... really.
The ONLY thing I liked about this story was the female leading character, Daphne Fox. Strong mind, strong will and even stronger personality. My kind of character!
Sorry Alan, not a fan of this one. Though I wouldn't be put off from reading more from you, I really liked the first one I read.

Sounds like one I won't be picking up. Nice, honest review though.
