My Opinion:
This is such a beautifully illustrated family activity, with everything you get. Though the model is not something easily developed for children to build. It is quite complicated and requires a lot of patience. As for the rest of the content, it was great! The books had very useful information, and cards of each ancient Roman. Honestly there were a couple I had not heard of. That to me, was what I enjoyed the most. Learning something new.
All in all, I can only recommend this to people who have a keen interest in ancient Rome. Or if you have children studying it, it would be useful.

The patience to work on this model was lost easily in my home. And in the end, abandoned.

    My daughter loves "studying" things, if that makes sense. We have a pop-up book about ancient Rome, but this sounds like a great packet.
