My Review:
The cover of this book is not flattering at all, but we know the age old saying, "never judge a book by its cover". This applies to this book.
Lots of great techniques and tips, complete with illustrations, for breathing, massage, exercise and stretching. It shows step-by-step how to do them properly. It is also very easy to understand.
I was a little put off by trying the Three Animal Exercises. Not all three applied to me, thankfully, but I was uncomfortable.
I just don't believe these exercises will "turn back the body clock". like that is actually possible!
I think it is worthy as a book, and you should check it out. There is many useful things in it.
