My Review:
Being recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I feel I need to learn everything I can about it, to further protect myself and take care of myself while I am young. When I had the opportunity to review this book, I jumped at it.
Being a book from the Canadian Diabetes Association, I knew the information would be accurate, insightful and valuable. I have learned a lot about my disease from doctors, specialists and family, but there were some tips and stats I learned from this book. I'm extremely grateful I got the chance to read this book and get that information.
This book will now be a reference guide to me. When I am unsure of something regarding my illness, I am sure to look to this book first.
I suggest if you have either type of Diabetes, or if you know someone who does, then get a copy. It could save your toes, or your life!

Another great sounding book! I will have to check this one out, as my husband also has type 2 diabetes. I am always looking for more information to help him. Thanks for the great review.
