My Teaser:

"Well, after my second nervous breakdown, I went back to college and..." Maybe that's not a greeting as such, but still, at the very start of our conversation, despite its amusing candor, it was a pause giver at the very least.

    Interesting =) I think that would scare people rather than amuse, but I think it always depends on the crowd. As in the 'context' part. But hey, he went back to college!!!
