About Author:
JOE FITZPATRICK is the only real estate agent who also holds membership in the Washington Trucking Association. Trying unique combinations, whether at work or in the kitchen, comes naturally to Joe with wondrous results. He has tested his culinary skills on the world’s toughest critics--his family. Still they beg for more! Joe continues to cook on Sundays for his high school sweetie, Vickie, married 32 years, their three children, and their two grandchildren. He has lived all his life in the Puget Sound area of Washington State, loves golf, but has greater success puttering in the kitchen.

My Take on the Book:
I love this cookbook!! I made the cabbage rolls, and they were a hit! Mind you they were a lot of work to make. I still say grab a copy of this book and make some for your family today!

    Oh those look so good! I guess you should know that I have a cookbook fetish so I will definitely check this one out!!
